摘  要:吉木萨尔县位于新疆维吾尔自治区昌吉回族自治州境内,天山北麓博格达峰东侧,准噶尔盆地东南部,春、夏多风,降水少,属典型的大陆性干旱气候。以吉木萨尔县吾塘沟塘坝、上套子湾塘坝、广全长山村塘坝、新地沟塘坝4座塘坝工程为例,首先分析了塘坝工程所在流域的洪水成因,然后以五圣宫水文站为参证站,分别采用了调蓄单位经验线法、面积比拟法、推理公式法计算了塘坝的设计洪水,经分析比较,推荐采用面积比拟法成果,为工程的建设提供了理论依据。Jimsar County is located in Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,east of Bogda Peak at the northern foot of Tianshan Mountains,and southeast of the Junggar Basin.It has a typical continental arid climate with windy spring and summer and little precipitation.The article takes four dam projects in Jimsar County,including Wutanggou Dam,Shangtaoziwan Dam,Guangquan Changshan Village Dam,and Xindigou Dam,as examples.Firstly,the causes of floods in the basin where the dam projects are located are analyzed.Then,using the Wushenggong Hydrological Station as a reference station,the design flood of the dam is calculated using the experience line method of regulating and storing units,the area comparison method,and the inference formula method.After analysis and comparison,the results of the area comparison method are recommended,providing a theoretical basis for the construction of the project.
