摘 要:洪水推求是无实测水文资料山区流域河道治理工程防洪规划的设计关键,关系到生态防洪工程的技术经济性和安全稳定性。以祥云县中河金旦段、小仓段、云里厂段治理工程为例,结合治理河段典型断面参数,以地索水文站作为设计洪水分析参证站,采用水文比拟法和洪痕调查法推求流域设计洪水成果,并与周边工程洪水成果进行对比验证。论证结果表明,洪痕调查法推求的设计洪水成果符合山区流域水文变化规律,成果合理可信。Flood estimation is a key design for flood control planning in mountainous river basin management projects without measured hydrological data,which is related to the technical,economic,and safety stability of ecological flood control projects.Taking the Jindan section,Xiaocang section,and Yunli factory section of Zhonghe River in Xiangyun County as an example,combined with typical cross-sectional parameters of the treated river section,the design flood analysis reference station is taken as the earth rope hydrological station.The hydrological comparison method and flood trace investigation method are used to calculate the design flood results of the basin,and compared and verified with the flood results of surrounding projects.The results of the argument indicate that the design flood results obtained by the flood trace investigation method conform to the hydrological changes in mountainous watersheds,and the results are reasonable and reliable.
