摘　　要：为深入探究中美贸易格局调整对全球产业链布局的影响及中国企业的应对策略,本文综合运用案例分析与定量研究方法,结合2018—2023年的贸易数据,对中美贸易格局调整在全球产业链布局方面的影响展开剖析。研究表明,中美贸易格局调整显著加快了全球产业链的重构进程,导致部分产业链从中国向东南亚、南亚等地区转移。在此背景下,中国企业在全球产业链中面临成本上升、技术壁垒增高以及市场准入受限等诸多挑战。通过对典型案例的深入剖析,本文系统性地归纳出一系列战略调整框架,涵盖市场多元化策略、技术创新策略、供应链优化、注重品牌建设、加强国际合作等战略调整方案,旨在为企业应对复杂多变的国际贸易环境提供坚实的理论支撑与切实可行的实践指导。研究结果表明,尽管面临诸多挑战,但中国企业凭借有效的战略调整,仍能够在全球产业链重构中稳固自身竞争优势,这为相关企业和政策制定者提供极具价值的参考。To explore the impact of adjustments in Sino-US trade patterns on the global industrial chain layout and the response strategies of Chinese enterprises,this paper employs case analysis and quantitative research,incorporating trade data from 2018 to 2023 to analyze the effects of these adjustments on the global industrial chain.The study reveals that changes in Sino-US trade patterns have significantly accelerated the restructuring of the global industrial chain,leading to the relocation of certain industrial chains from China to regions such as Southeast Asia and South Asia.Chinese enterprises face challenges such as rising costs,technological barriers,and market access restrictions within the global industrial chain.Through in-depth analysis of typical cases,this research systematically extracts a series of strategic adjustment frameworks,encompassing multi-dimensional pathways such as market diversification,technological innovation,supply chain optimization,brand value enhancement,and deepened international cooperation.These frameworks provide theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises navigating the complex and evolving international trade environment.The findings indicate that,despite the challenges,Chinese enterprises can maintain a competitive edge in the global industrial chain restructuring through strategic adjustments,offering valuable insights for relevant enterprises and policymakers.
