武汉数字经济发展现状及策略研究

摘　　要：数字经济是以数据资源为关键要素,以信息网络为主要载体,借助现代信息通信技术的融合应用与全要素数字化转型,有力推动公平与效率实现更高层次统一的新型经济形态。近年来,数字经济在我国经济社会发展中发挥着重要作用,推动其高质量发展已上升为国家战略。武汉市积极响应国家战略部署,全力推动数字经济高质量发展,并取得阶段性成果,但与一线城市相比仍存在较大差距。本文从数字经济的概念入手,并结合详细数据,深入剖析了全国及武汉市数字经济的发展现状,并针对性地提出武汉市进一步推动数字经济发展的建议,以供参考。The digital economy is a new economic model that takes data resources as key elements and information networks as its main carriers.It leverages the integrated application of modern information and communication technologies and promotes the digital transformation of all production factors,thereby advancing a higher-level unification of equity and efficiency.In recent years,the digital economy has played a vital role in China’s economic and social development,and promoting its high-quality growth has been elevated to a national strategy.Wuhan has actively responded to the national strategic deployment by vigorously promoting the high-quality development of its digital economy and has achieved phased results.However,compared with first-tier cities,significant gaps still remain.This paper begins by introducing the concept of the digital economy and,based on detailed data,conducts an in-depth analysis of the development status of the digital economy in China and in Wuhan.Targeted suggestions are then proposed to further promote the digital economy in Wuhan,for reference.
