摘　　要：本文聚焦于数字经济对京津冀区域传统行业转型升级的影响。通过梳理京津冀三地数字经济的发展现状,综合运用详实的数据以及深入的政策分析,全面揭示数字经济在促进产业协同发展、驱动创新等方面的关键作用。研究发现,虽然京津冀地区在数字经济领域取得一定成果,但仍存在区域数字经济发展不平衡、数字技术与传统行业融合程度不足、数字经济创新能力有待提高、人才短缺问题突出、数据安全与隐私保护面临挑战等问题。基于此,本文提出以下策略建议:加强区域协同,促进数字经济均衡发展;深化数字技术与传统行业融合;提高数字经济创新能力;完善人才培养与引进机制;强化数据安全与隐私保护等。本文旨在有效推动京津冀区域传统行业的数字化转型,助力实现实体经济的高质量发展,同时为京津冀协同发展战略的深入实施提供有力的理论支撑与切实可行的实践参考。This research focuses on the impact of the digital economy on the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.By reviewing the current development status of the digital economy in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei,and combining detailed data and policy analysis,it reveals the crucial role of the digital economy in aspects such as industrial collaboration and innovation-driven development.The study finds that although certain progress has been made in the digital economy in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,there are still problems such as unbalanced development and imperfect coordination mechanisms.Based on this,the paper proposes the following policy recommendations:strengthening regional coordination to promote balanced development of the digital economy;deepening the integration of digital technologies with traditional industries;enhancing digital innovation capacity;improving talent cultivation and recruitment mechanisms;and reinforcing data security and privacy protection.This study aims to effectively advance the digital transformation of traditional industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,support the high-quality development of the real economy,and provide strong theoretical support and practical reference for the in-depth implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy.
