数字经济发展对中国与东盟数字服务贸易影响实证研究

摘　　要：数字经济的蓬勃发展有力地推动了经济高效增长,同时引发了国际贸易结构的深刻变革。随着数字技术在各国货物贸易和服务贸易中的应用日益广泛,其对中国与东南亚国家联盟之间的数字服务贸易产生了一定的影响。本文以2005—2021年中国与东盟的相关数据为样本,运用面板固定效应模型,深入研究数字经济发展对中国与东盟成员国数字服务贸易的影响作用。结果表明:东盟成员国数字经济发展水平的提升,能够在一定程度上促进中国与东盟成员国之间的数字服务贸易,且主要体现在对中国出口端的推动;中国数字经济发展水平的提升,则会对中国与东盟成员国的数字服务贸易产生一定的抑制作用,这种抑制效应在出口端和进口端均有体现。基于此,本文提出全方位加强中国与东盟的区域合作、加强政策协调与合作及推动数字技术的创新与应用等对策建议,旨在为推动双方数字服务贸易的持续健康发展提供有价值的参考。The development of digital economy has promoted the high-efficiency growth of economy,and has also caused the reform of international trade structure.Digital technology is more and more widely used in the trade of goods and service between countries,which has a certain impact on the digital service trade between China and ASEAN.Based on the relevant data of the two sides from 2005 to 2021,this paper studies the impact of the development of digital economy on the digital service trade between China and ASEAN member states by using the panel fixed-effect model.The results show that the development level of the digital economy in ASEAN member states will promote the digital service trade between China and them to some extent,mainly promoting the exports of China,while the development level of China’s digital economy will inhibit the digital service trade between China and them to some extent,and produce inhibiting effects on the exports and imports at the same time.This study puts forward measures and suggestions to strengthen regional cooperation,policy coordination and cooperation between China and ASEAN and promote the facilitation of digital service trade,in order to provide reference for the further development of the digital service trade between the two sides.
