摘　　要：本文聚焦人工智能对金融新质生产力提升的影响机制展开研究。在阐述人工智能和金融新质生产力理论基础及二者关系的基础上,深入剖析其影响机制。人工智能从业务流程自动化、智能客服与精准营销、优化资源配置等方面提高金融服务效率;在宏观和微观层面助力金融资源完成优化配置;通过构建精准客户画像和推动服务智能化变革创新金融服务模式;依靠提升风险识别预警能力和优化风险评估模型强化金融风险管理。从金融新质生产力视角看,人工智能具有创新驱动、效率提升、资源优化配置和风险防控等作用,有助于全方位推动金融行业发展。但人工智能在金融领域的赋能受企业内部因素和外部环境因素影响。因此,本文建议加大技术研发与应用投入,推动金融业务流程改造升级,从而更好地发挥人工智能的作用,提升金融新质生产力。This paper focuses on the mechanism of the influence of artificial intelligence on the improvement of financial new quality productive forces.On the basis of explaining the theoretical basis and the relationship between artificial intelligence and financial new quality productive forces,its influence mechanism is deeply analyzed.Artificial intelligence improves the efficiency of financial services from the aspects of business process automation,intelligent customer service,precision marketing,and optimized resource allocation;helps the optimal allocation of financial resources at macro and micro levels;innovates financial service mode by constructing accurate customer portrait and promoting intelligent service reform;and strengthens financial risk management by improving risk identification and early warning ability and optimizing risk assessment model.From the perspective of financial new productive forces,artificial intelligence plays a crucial role in innovation-driven development,improving efficiency,optimizing resource allocation,and risk prevention,which helps to drive the comprehensive development of the financial industry.However,the empowerment of artificial intelligence in the financial sector is influenced by both internal organizational factors and external environmental factors.Therefore,this paper suggests increasing investment in technology research and application,promoting the transformation and upgrading of financial business processes,to better leverage the role of artificial intelligence and enhance the financial new productive forces.
