城市经济发展与头部企业竞争力耦合协调研究——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：本文以江苏省为例,深入探讨了城市经济发展与头部企业竞争力的耦合协调关系。企业作为城市经济发展的核心主体,不仅集聚生产要素,优化生产组织,还通过知识溢出和技术扩散引领产业转型升级。本文运用耦合协调度模型,对2022年江苏城市经济发展与头部企业竞争力的耦合协调状况进行了全面测度与分析。结果显示,江苏省内城市间的耦合协调度存在显著的空间异质性特征,子系统间的低水平相互制约成为制约耦合协调度提升的关键因素,且多数城市头部企业竞争力相较于城市经济发展存在明显滞后现象。基于此,本文结合江苏“1+3”重点功能区战略,提出培育和发展头部企业的具体政策建议,以期为促进江苏省城市经济与头部企业的良性互动发展、推动产业结构优化升级和区域协调发展提供决策支撑。Taking Jiangsu Province as a case study,this paper explores the coupling and coordination relationship between the development of urban economy and the competitiveness of leading enterprises.As the mainstay of urban economy,enterprises not only aggregate production factors and optimize production organization,but also lead industrial transformation and upgrading through knowledge spillover and technology diffusion.Using the coupling coordination model,this paper measures the coupling and coordination relationship between the two subsystems in Jiangsu Province for the year 2022.The results show that there is a signifi cant spatial heterogeneity in the coupling and coordination degree between cities in Jiangsu Province.The low-level mutual constraints between subsystems are the key factors restricting the improvement of coupling and coordination.Additionally,in most cities,the competitiveness of leading enterprises lags signifi cantly behind the economic development of the cities.Based on the"1+3"Key Functional Zones Strategy of Jiangsu Province,this paper proposes concrete policy recommendations for cultivating and developing leading enterprises.The proposals aim to facilitate synergistic development between urban economies and leading enterprises,promote industrial restructuring and upgrading,and ultimately provide policy support for achieving coordinated regional development in Jiangsu Province.
