新质生产力赋能数字江苏发展的迭代新模式研究——以江苏省泰州市为例

摘　　要：数字江苏作为数字中国建设的重要支撑之一,正积极探索新质生产力驱动下的迭代发展模式。本文以江苏省泰州市为例,深入分析了其在数字建设过程中面临的基础设施不匹配、人才流失、产业发展单一导致的转型期滞缓问题。基于此,本文从新劳动者、新劳动对象、新劳动工具三个维度出发,结合泰州自身的资源优势和发展需求,针对性地提出了数字泰州发展的迭代新模式,以期进一步激发数字泰州的横向、纵向突破发展,助力实现数字江苏建设。The construction of a digital Jiangsu is one of the important local supports for the comprehensive promotion of the construction of a digital China,and the leap of the new quality of productive forces provides new ideas and programs for its breakthrough.Taizhou City,Jiangsu Province has fallen into a lagging period of digital construction due to problems such as infrastructure mismatching,talent plodding,and lack of industry development.Based on the leap of new quality productive forces and the development of a digital Taizhou,around the new workers,new labor objects,new labor tools three productivity perspectives,taking full account of Taizhou’s own resource advantages and development needs,this article puts forward an iterative new development mode of a digital Taizhou,in order to further stimulate the development of a digital Taizhou horizontal and vertical breakthroughs,and help realize the construction of a digital Jiangsu.
