绿色金融促进新质生产力发展的研究——基于技术创新和产业结构升级角度

摘　　要：本文基于技术创新与产业结构升级的双重视角,系统考察了绿色金融对新质生产力发展的作用机制与影响路径。本文采用熵值法构建综合评价指标体系,并运用面板回归模型验证了绿色金融与新质生产力之间的内在联系;利用中介效应模型,详细揭示了绿色金融如何通过技术创新和产业结构升级两条路径促进新质生产力的提升。结果显示,绿色金融为低碳产业提供了有力的资金支持,有效推动了实体经济的绿色转型和升级。基于此,本文提出了一系列具有针对性的政策建议,以期通过拓展绿色金融产品种类、强化技术创新激励和加速产业结构优化升级,持续激发新质生产力的发展潜力,为我国实现绿色低碳高质量发展提供有力支撑。From the dual perspectives of technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading,this paper systematically examines the mechanism and impact path of green finance on the development of new quality productive forces.Using the entropy method,a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed,and a panel regression model is employed to verify the intrinsic relationship between green finance and new quality productive forces.Furthermore,the mediating effect model is adopted to reveal in detail how green finance promotes the enhancement of new quality productive forces through two main pathways:technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading.The results indicate that green finance provides strong financial support for low-carbon industries,effectively driving the green transformation and upgrading of the real economy.Based on these findings,the paper proposes a series of targeted policy recommendations aimed at expanding the variety of green financial products,strengthening incentives for technological innovation,and accelerating industrial structure optimization,thereby continuously stimulating the development potential of new quality productive forces and providing strong support for China's green,low-carbon,and high-quality development.
