摘 要:在低碳及可持续发展背景下,风电、光伏发电等新能源发电模式得到了广泛应用。结合风电光伏并网储能容量配置模型所具有的独立执行框架来看,并网储能容量配置仍存在配置时间提升比率低、优化范围小等问题。为此,提出了并网储能容量配置的优化思路,并从发电功率控制机制、优化配置核心、容量优化配置模型、模型边界约束处理等方面,对储能容量配置的优化方案展开分析。最后对优化方案进行了测试,得出基于多阶+小波变换技术的风电光伏并网储能容量优化配置模型运转性能良好。In the context of low-carbon and sustainable development,new energy generation models such as wind and photovoltaic power generation have been widely applied.From the perspective of the independent execution framework of the wind and photovoltaic grid connected energy storage capacity configuration model,there are still problems such as low configuration time improvement rate and small optimization range in grid connected energy storage capacity allocation.Therefore,an optimization approach for grid connected energy storage capacity configuration was proposed,and the optimization scheme for energy storage capacity configuration was analyzed from the aspects of power generation control mechanism,optimization configuration core,capacity optimization configuration model,and model boundary constraint processing.Finally,the optimization scheme was tested and it was found that the wind and photovoltaic grid connected energy storage capacity optimization configuration model based on multi-stage+wavelet transform technology had good operational performance.
