摘 要:基于碳达峰碳中和背景下中国能源结构及CO_(2)减排压力对国民经济增长的需求约束,分析了页岩气作为清洁化石能源对中国完成碳达峰碳中和目标以及保障国民经济在低碳水平高质量平稳运行的重要性。研究表明,四川盆地南部五峰组—龙马溪组页岩气地质资源量为3.319×10^(13) m^(3),具有较大的勘探开发及利用前景,但整体勘探开发程度低、产量低,急需快速推进页岩气产业发展。建议全面加强国内页岩气勘探开发及利用顶层设计,强化科技创新,突破关键技术,提升CCUS(Carbon Capture,Utilization,and Storage,碳捕集、利用与封存)技术研发力度,实施积极的页岩气勘探开发财政补贴和税收减免政策,推进国内页岩气产业良好发展。Based on the demand constraints of China's energy structure and CO_(2)emission reduction pressure on national economic growth under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,the importance of shale gas as a clean fossil energy source for China to achieve its carbon peak and neutrality goals,as well as to ensure high-quality and stable economic growth under lowcarbon constraints was analyzed.The research shows that the geological resources of shale gas in the Wufeng-Longmaxi formations in the southern Sichuan Basin amount to 3.319×10^(13) m^(3),indicating significant potential for exploration,development and utilization;however,the overall level of exploration and development was low,with limited production,necessitating rapid advancement in the shale gas industry.It is recommended to strengthen the top-level design for domestic shale gas exploration,development and utilization,enhance technological innovation,break through key technologies,increase research and development efforts in CCUS(Carbon Capture,Utilization,and Storage)technologies,and implement proactive fiscal subsidies and tax incentives for shale gas exploration and development to promote the healthy growth of the domestic shale gas industry.
