摘 要:智能选矸机器人依托机器视觉技术,通过高速度摄像机捕捉煤炭和矸石的图像。它收集煤块与矸石的形态、纹理、灰度、波长和反射光等特征信息,并将其进行校准后存储于数据库中,随后机器人利用一级目标检测网络对煤矸进行初步筛选,再通过二级网络进行精确筛选,最后利用神经网络进行深度学习,最终实现煤矸自动识别。基于辨识出的煤矸数据,采用多组多轴仿生机械臂,模仿人工抓取-拨取过程,实现矸石的快速、精确抓取。针对当前智能选矸机器人在任家庄煤矿的具体应用及其效益进行了研究。The intelligent gangue sorting robot relies on machine vision technology,using high-speed cameras to capture images of coal and gangue.It collects characteristic information such as shape,texture,grayscale,wavelength and reflected light of coal and gangue,calibrates and stores this information in a database.The robot then uses a primary target detection network for initial screening of coal and gangue,followed by a secondary network for precise screening.Finally,deep learning through neural networks enables automatic identification of coal and gangue.Based on the identified data,multiple sets of multi-axis bionic robotic arms are used to mimic the manual grabbing and picking process,achieving fast and accurate gangue sorting.The specific application and benefits of the intelligent gangue sorting robot in Renjiazhuang Coal Mine were studied.
