摘 要:为提高采煤工作面粉尘治理效果,以山西省A煤矿5109采煤工作面为研究背景,提出基于粉尘浓度监测的喷雾智能调控技术,并进行工程应用。采用喷雾智能调控系统对采面传感器粉尘浓度监测结果进行分析,并通过智能调节喷雾参数提高采面粉尘控制效果,降低采煤机割煤粉尘产生量及外溢量。将所提出的喷雾智能调控技术在5109采煤工作面进行工程应用后,采面各位置总粉尘、呼吸性粉尘质量浓度降幅分别在85%、83%以上,降尘效果显著。In order to improve the dust control effect of coal mining face,taking 5109 coal mining face of A Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as the research background,spray intelligent control technology based on dust concentration monitoring was proposed and applied in engineering.The spray intelligent control system was used to analyze the monitoring results of the dust concentration of the mining face sensor,and the spray parameters were intelligently adjusted to improve the dust control effect of the mining face and reduce the amount of coal cutting dust produced by the shearer and the amount of overflow.After engineering application of the proposed intelligent control technology in the 5109 coal mining face,the mass concentration of total dust and respiratory dust at various positions of the face decreased by more than 85%and 83%respectively,and the dust reduction effect was significant.
