摘 要:针对保护层开采工作面卸压瓦斯涌出量大、采面瓦斯体积分数大及容易超限等问题,以5305综采工作面为研究对象,结合现场实际情况针对性给出卸压瓦斯治理技术方案并进行工程应用。工程应用后,5305综采工作面回采时采面内、回风流中瓦斯体积分数分别为0.15%~0.36%、0.14%~0.66%,瓦斯体积分数未出现超限情况,表明现场采用的瓦斯治理技术可实现对卸压瓦斯的有效治理,确保5303综采工作面安全回采。In response to the problems of large gas outburst,high gas volume fraction,and easy exceedance in the protective layer mining face,taking 5305 fully mechanized mining face as the research object,and based on the actual situation on site,a targeted pressure relief gas control technology scheme was proposed and applied in engineering.After engineering application,the gas volume fractions in the mining face and return air flow during the backfilling of 5305 fully mechanized mining face were 0.15%-0.36%and 0.14%-0.66%,respectively.The gas volume fraction did not exceed the limit,indicating that the gas control technology used on site can effectively control the pressure relief gas and ensure the safe backfilling of 5303 fully mechanized mining face.
