摘 要:为解决近距离煤层开采期间卸压瓦斯涌出量大的问题,以山西省A矿2506综采工作面为研究对象,结合现场条件及巷道布置情况,提出在底板低位巷内布置定向拦截钻孔抽采3^(#)煤层卸压瓦斯,给出定向拦截钻孔布置方案并分析工程应用效果。低位巷定向拦截钻孔终孔位于3^(#)煤层上覆粉砂岩中,通过高负压抽采改变瓦斯移动方向,将大量的卸压瓦斯通过钻孔进行抽采。现场应用后,定向拦截钻孔在滞后2506综采工作面10~150 m范围内抽采效果较好,其中瓦斯体积分数为42%~63%,抽采纯量为3.01~5.69 m^(3)/min;采面正常回采期间回风隅角处、回风流中瓦斯体积分数分别在0.5%、0.3%以下。这表明现场施工的定向拦截钻孔瓦斯治理效果显著。To solve the problem of large gas outburst during close distance coal seam mining,taking 2506 fully mechanized mining face of A Mine in Shanxi Province as the research object,combined with the site conditions and roadway layout,a directional interception drilling hole was proposed to be arranged in the low position roadway of the floor to extract gas from the 3^(#)coal seam,the directional interception drilling hole layout scheme was given and the engineering application effect was analyzed.The directional interception borehole of the low-level roadway was located in the overlying sandstone of the 3^(#)coal seam.By using high negative pressure extraction,the direction of gas movement was changed,and a large amount of depressurized gas was extracted through the borehole.After on-site application,the directional interception drilling showed good extraction effect within a range of 10-150 m behind 2506 fully mechanized mining face,with gas volume fraction of 42%-63%and extraction purity of 3.01-5.69 m^(3)/min;during normal mining,the gas volume fraction at the return air corner and in the return air flow was below 0.5%and 0.3%,respectively.This indicated that the directional interception drilling gas control effect during on-site construction was significant.
