摘 要:针对煤炭回采期间粉尘产生量大的问题,以山西省A矿11205综放工作面为研究对象,提出将高压脉冲注水降尘技术应用于粉尘防治中,并分析了粉尘治理效果。给出高压脉冲注水、钻孔布置方案,并采用理论计算方法确定了钻孔注水参数。工程应用后,11205综放工作面回采范围内煤层含水率均值提升了1.88%~2.32%,提升至3.16%~3.60%;采面各位置粉尘质量浓度降低均超过58.9%。这表明现场采用的高压脉冲注水降尘技术效果显著,可有效降低综放工作面产尘强度、改善环境质量。In response to the problem of large dust generation during coal mining,taking 11205 fully mechanized top-coal caving face of A Mine in Shanxi Province as the research object,it was proposed to use high pressure pulse water injection technology in dust prevention and control,and the dust control effect was analyzed.The high pressure pulse water injection and drilling layout scheme were provided,and the drilling water injection parameters were determined using theoretical calculation methods.After engineering application,the coal seam mean moisture content within the mining range of 11205 fully mechanized top-coal caving face increased by 1.88%-2.32%,reaching 3.16%-3.60%;the dust mass concentration at various locations on the mining face decreased by more than 58.9%.This indicates that the high-pressure pulse water injection dust reduction technology used on site has significant effects,which can effectively reduce the dust production intensity of the fully mechanized top-coal caving face and improve environmental quality.
