摘 要:为解决王家岭矿4^(#)煤层回采期间高抽巷瓦斯治理成本高及巷道掘进效率低等问题,以18103工作面为研究对象,提出采用定向长钻孔代替高抽巷进行采空区瓦斯抽采,并进行工程应用。现场应用后,18103工作面钻场内钻孔瓦斯抽采纯量最大为9.07 m^(3)/min,平均1.47~5.52 m^(3)/min,回风隅角瓦斯体积分数最大为0.6%左右,在安全范围内,有效解决了王家岭矿“厚煤层、低含量、高产量”条件下瓦斯治理的难题。To solve the problems of high cost of gas control and low efficiency of roadway excavation during the mining of 4^(#)coal seam in Wangjialing Mine,taking 18103 working face as the research object,it was proposed to use directional long drilling instead of high extraction roadway for gas extraction in goaf,and engineering application was carried out.After on-site application,the maximum pure gas extraction in 18103 working face drilling site was 9.07 m^(3)/min,with an average of 1.47-5.52 m^(3)/min.The maximum gas volume fraction in the return air corner was about 0.6%,which was within the safe range,effectively solving the problem of gas control under conditions of"thick coal seam,low content,and high production"in Wangjialing Mine.
