摘 要:针对大倾角工作面存在的倒架问题,进行了系统的分析与探讨。首先,综述了大倾角工作面倒架的形成原因及其对生产的影响,分析了当前防治倒架的技术手段。基于此,提出了防治倒架技术的基本原理和主要影响因素,并设计了适用于大倾角工作面的防治倒架技术方案,包括具体防治措施、技术参数与标准以及实施流程。通过实际应用中的现场监测与数据采集,对防治技术进行验证和效果评估,分析了技术实施后的生产数据和应用效果。结果表明,所提出的防治倒架技术能够有效降低大倾角工作面的倒架风险,提高生产效率,并具有显著的经济效益与社会效益。The issue of support collapse in large inclination working faces was systematically analyzed and discussed.Firstly,the causes of support collapse and its impact on production were reviewed,and the current technical measures for preventing collapse were analyzed.Based on this,the fundamental principles and main influencing factors of anti-collapse technology were proposed.A technical solution for preventing collapse in large inclination working faces was designed,including specific preventive measures,technical parameters,standards,and implementation procedures.Through on-site monitoring and data collection in practical applications,the effectiveness of the anti-collapse technology was verified and evaluated.Production data and application effects after the implementation of the technology were analyzed.The results show that the proposed anti-collapse technology can effectively reduce the risk of support collapse in large inclination working faces,improve production efficiency,and yield significant economic and social benefits.
