摘 要:为提升带式输送机运行可靠性及稳定性,以煤矿井下常用的DTL 140/180/3×400型带式输送机为研究对象,结合现场应用统计结果对带式输送机常见故障类型进行了分析,并针对性构建故障诊断系统。故障诊断系统依靠传感器获取各部位运行参数、掌握故障信息特征,并调用构建的故障数据库信息进行综合分析,确定故障位置、类型及原因,从而实现故障早期定位及预警,降低故障影响。In order to improve the reliability and stability of belt conveyor operation,the DTL 140/180/3×400 belt conveyors commonly used in underground coal mines were selected as the research object.Based on on-site application statistics,the common fault types of belt conveyors were analyzed,and a targeted fault diagnosis system was developed.The fault diagnosis system relies on sensors to acquire operational parameters from various parts,identify fault characteristics,and comprehensively analyze the data by referencing a constructed fault database.This enables the determination of locations,types and causes of the faults,thereby achieving early fault localization and warning,and reducing the impact of faults.
