摘 要:针对采空区区段煤柱下方煤层掘进巷道围岩变形严重、控制难度高等问题,以10201运输巷为研究对象,针对性给出围岩控制方案并分析工程应用效果。10201运输巷在上覆采空区区段煤柱下掘进时面临围岩应力集中、顶板破碎等问题,为此综合采用“锚网索+顶板锚注+金属支架+释压”方式控制围岩变形,并具体给出巷道支护参数。工程应用后,10201运输巷围岩变形量大问题得以较好解决,顶板下沉量控制在143 mm以内,实现了近距离煤层群开采煤柱下方巷道围岩变形的有效控制。To address the severe deformation and high difficulty in controlling the surrounding rock of roadways excavated below coal pillars in goaf areas,the 10201 transportation roadway was selected as the research object.A targeted surrounding rock control scheme was proposed,and its engineering application effects were analyzed.During the excavation of the 10201 transportation roadway below the overlying goaf coal pillars,issues such as stress concentration in the surrounding rock and roof fragmentation were encountered.To address these problems,a comprehensive approach combining"bolt-mesh-cable support+roof grouting+metal support+pressure relief"was adopted to control surrounding rock deformation.Specific support parameters for the roadway were also provided.After implementation,the significant deformation of the surrounding rock in the 10201 transportation roadway was effectively mitigated,with roof subsidence controlled within 143 mm.This demonstrates the successful control of surrounding rock deformation in roadways below coal pillars in close-range coal seam group mining.
