摘  要:为确保采煤工作面顺利安全通过冒顶区,以3_(1)207工作面为研究对象,结合现场地质条件、采面布置情况及冒顶区特征等,综合采用注浆充填、注浆加固方式加固冒顶区,通过充填冒顶区上部采空区、加固冒顶区下部破碎煤岩体,确保冒顶区围岩稳定。依据3_(1)207工作面现场条件,给出了冒顶区充填加固方案,并进行了工程应用。现场应用后,3_(1)207工作面得以顺利与回撤通道贯通,期间顶板及煤壁始终保持稳定,表明现场采用的充填加固方案有效控制了冒顶区围岩变形,可为3_(1)207工作面安全回采创造良好条件。To ensure the safe and smooth passage of coal mining faces through collapse zones,the 3_(1)207 working face was selected as the research object.Based on the on-site geological conditions,face layout and characteristics of the collapse zone,a comprehensive approach combining grouting filling and reinforcement was adopted to stabilize the collapsed area.This involved filling the goaf above the collapse zone and reinforcing the fractured coal and rock mass below it to ensure the stability of the surrounding rock.A filling and reinforcement scheme for the collapse zone was proposed according to the conditions of the 3_(1)207 working face and applied in engineering practice.After implementation,the 3_(1)207 working face successfully connected with the retreating channel,with the roof and coal wall remaining stable throughout the process,indicating that the adopted filling and reinforcement scheme effectively controlled the surrounding rock deformation of the collapse zone,creating favorable conditions for the safe mining of the 3_(1)207 working face.
