摘 要:针对大倾角厚煤层采煤工作面遗煤自然发火危险性高、防灭火难度大等问题,以8112综放工作面为研究对象,针对性构建以L型注氮、灌两相泡沫为主,喷洒阻化剂等为辅的防灭火技术方案,并进行工程应用。结合8112综放工作面开采情况及巷道布置情况等,对防灭火技术措施布置进行了详细设计。工程应用后,8112综放工作面在回采期间未发生采空区遗煤自燃征兆,采面得以安全快速回采,表明现场采用的防灭火技术措施效果显著,可有效保障大倾角厚煤层采煤工作面安全回采。To address the high risk of spontaneous combustion of residual coal and the challenges of fire prevention and extinguishing in thick coal seam mining faces with large inclination,the 8112 fully mechanized top coal caving face was selected as the research object.A fire prevention and extinguishing technical solution was developed,primarily focusing on L-shaped nitrogen injection and two-phase foam infusion,supplemented by spraying inhibitors,and applied in engineering practice.Based on the mining conditions and roadway layout of the 8112 face,the arrangement of fire prevention and extinguishing technical measures was meticulously designed.After implementation,no signs of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf were observed during the mining period,and the face was safely and rapidly mined.This demonstrated the significant effectiveness of the adopted fire prevention and extinguishing measures,which can effectively ensure the safe mining of thick coal seam faces with large inclination.
