摘  要:为确保综放工作面末采安全、避免采空区遗煤自燃,以5303综放工作面为研究对象,对采面末采期间防灭火问题进行分析,提出采用以封堵、惰化为主的防灭火技术方案并进行工程应用。在5303综放工作面末采期间,通过综合采用普瑞特Ⅱ型充填材料、普瑞特Ⅳ型充填材料、黄泥浆及N_(2)等,起到有效隔离采面与采空区、封堵采空区内漏风裂隙并快速惰化采空区的效果。现场应用后,5303综放工作面末采期间回风隅角、回风流等位置均未监测到CO,实现了末采安全回采,并为综放设备安全回撤创造了良好条件。In order to ensure the safety of the final mining of the fully mechanized caving face and avoid spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf,,taking 5303 fully mechanized caving face as the research object,the fire prevention and extinguishing problems during the final mining period of the mining face were analyzed,and a fire prevention and extinguishing technology scheme mainly based on sealing and inerting was proposed and applied in engineering.During the final mining period of 5303 fully mechanized caving face,PrutⅡandⅣtype filling materials,yellow mud and N_(2) were comprehensively used to effectively isolate the mining face from the goaf,seal the air leakage cracks in the goaf,and quickly inert the goaf.After on-site application,no CO was detected at the return air corner,return air flow and other positions during the final mining period of 5303 fully mechanized caving face,achieving safe mining and creating favorable conditions for the safe retreat of fully mechanized caving equipment.
