摘  要:随着中国进入深矿井开采时代,煤矿安全事故的危害性日益突出。如何有效减少煤矿安全事故造成的伤亡,是煤矿企业关注的重点。目前,建立有效的井下紧急避险系统和采取有效的应急救援技术是解决这一问题的关键途径。分析了煤矿井下紧急避险的关键,主要包括熟悉井下紧急避险规程、及时进入避难硐室和正确使用避难硐室设备设施;探讨了井下应急救援的关键技术,主要包括快速掘进技术、快速排水技术和快速钻进技术。研究内容可以为煤矿井下安全生产的开展提供参考。As China enters the era of deep mining,the hazards of coal mine safety accidents have significantly increased.How to effectively reduce casualties caused by coal mine accidents has become a major concern for coal mining enterprises.Currently,establishing an effective underground emergency evacuation system and adopting efficient emergency rescue technologies are key solutions to this issue.The critical aspects of underground emergency evacuation were analyzed,including familiarity with emergency evacuation procedures,timely entry into refuge chambers,and proper use of refuge facilities.Key technologies for underground emergency rescue were explored,such as rapid excavation,rapid drainage and rapid drilling.The research findings can provide references for ensuring safe production in coal mines.
