摘 要:为了提高底抽巷掘进效率,建立了“锚索+单体支柱+π型钢梁棚”临时支护方案,并通过数值模拟对其中不足之处进行了研究。从底抽巷掘进工艺改进以及掘进工序优化方面入手,通过工业应用进行验证,在满足工业应用的前提下,月平均掘进量相较于传统底抽巷工艺显著提升了47%。In order to improve the efficiency of floor roadway excavation,a temporary support scheme of"anchor cable+single pillar+π-shaped steel beam shed"was established,and the shortcomings were studied through numerical simulation.Starting from the improvement of floor roadway excavation technology and optimization of excavation process,it was verified through industrial application that,under the premise of meeting industrial application requirements,the monthly average excavation volume had significantly increased by 47%compared to traditional floor roadway technology.
