摘 要:在煤矿巷道掘进工作中,经常会遇到工作面断层破碎带影响正常掘进速度的问题。针对这种问题,提出了合理选择联合支护结构和材料,以及运用超前注浆支护、U型钢棚支护、桁架拉帮锚索联合支护等技术。通过工业性试验,验证了联合支护比原工程惯用的支护方式更有利于保证工作面断层围岩的稳定性,减少了顶板岩层的下沉量,为遇到类似困境的掘进工程提供了参考和借鉴。In the excavation work of coal mine tunnels,it is common to encounter the problem of the impact of fault fracture zones on the normal excavation speed of the working face.In response to this issue,reasonable selection of combined support structures and materials,as well as the use of advanced grouting support,U-shaped steel shed support,truss support and anchor cable combined support technologies were proposed.Through industrial experiments,it was verified that the combined support method was more conducive to ensuring the stability of the fault surrounding rock in the working face and reducing the subsidence of the roof rock layer compared to the commonly used support method in the original project.This provided reference and inspiration for excavation projects facing similar difficulties.
