摘 要:针对坚硬顶板综采工作面采空区悬空面积大的问题,以15302综采工作面为研究对象,针对性制定强制放顶技术方案并进行工程应用。在采面运输巷布置强制放顶钻孔并通过水力压裂方式弱化顶板,从而使15^(#)煤层上覆的石灰岩可及时垮落,同时给出强制放顶钻孔布置方式,并制定水力压裂工艺。现场应用后,15302综采工作面回采期间采面初期来压步距、周期来压步距较邻近的15301综采工作面(未强制放顶)均明显降低,运输巷端头顶板基本实现了随采随垮。采用的以水力压裂为主的强制放顶方案效果显著,可为15302综采工作面安全高效回采创造良好条件。In response to the problem of a large suspended area in the goaf of fully mechanized mining face with hard roof,a targeted forced top caving technology scheme was developed and applied in 15302 fully mechanized mining face.The forced top caving drilling was arranged in the mining face transportation roadway and the roof was weakened by hydraulic fracturing,so that the limestone overlying the 15^(#)coal seam can collapse in a timely manner.At the same time,the layout of the forced top caving drilling was provided,and hydraulic fracturing technology was formulated.After on-site application,the initial pressure step distance and periodic pressure step distance of 15302 fully mechanized mining face during the mining period were significantly reduced compared to the adjacent 15301 fully mechanized mining face(without forced top caving),and the roof at the end of the transportation roadway basically achieved simultaneous mining and collapse.The forced top caving scheme mainly based on hydraulic fracturing had achieved significant results and could create favorable conditions for safe and efficient mining in 15302 fully mechanized mining face.
