摘  要:针对沿空留巷XV2303工作面采空区自燃问题,分析煤层自燃特性和采空区漏风是自然发火的主要因素。为了避免采空区遗煤自燃,采用煤层自燃监测监控系统、束管监测系统实时监测工作面气体体积分数及温度,通过减少采空区漏风量、采空区注氮和黄泥注浆进行防灭火作业。工作面CH_(4)体积分数升高时,束管监测系统及时报警,防灭火措施启用后CH_(4)体积分数恢复至安全范围,防灭火取得了良好的效果,保证了工作面的安全回采。In response to the spontaneous combustion problem in the goaf of XV2303 working face,the characteristics of coal seam spontaneous combustion and air leakage in the goaf were analyzed as the main factors causing spontaneous combustion.In order to avoid spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf,a coal seam spontaneous combustion monitoring system and a bundle tube monitoring system were used to monitor the gas volume fraction and temperature of the working face in real time.Fire prevention and extinguishing operations were carried out by reducing air leakage in goaf,injecting nitrogen into goaf,and injecting yellow mud.When the CH_(4) volume fraction in the working face increased,the bundle tube monitoring system promptly alarmed.After the implementation of fire prevention and extinguishing measures,the CH_(4) volume fraction was restored to a safe range,achieving good results in fire prevention and extinguishing,ensuring the safe mining of the working face.
