摘 要:为了提升含软弱层煤巷开采作业的安全性,以A煤矿213110工作面为例,对含软弱层煤巷的顶板动压规律及智能支护进行了研究。结合该煤矿213110工作面的基本情况和围岩应力及塑性区分布特征等,提出了一种智能支护设计方案,并通过工业性试验对智能支护方案的应用效果进行了验证。由工业性试验结果可知,矿井开采过程中顶板变形量峰值约为240 mm,且未出现冒顶事故,有利于煤矿安全、稳定地开采。In order to improve the safety of mining operations in coal roadways with weak layers,taking the 213110 working face of A Coal Mine as an example,the dynamic pressure law of the roof and intelligent support of coal roadways with weak layers were studied.Based on the basic situation of the 213110 working face in the coal mine and the distribution characteristics of surrounding rock stress and plastic zone,an intelligent support design scheme was proposed,and the application effect of the intelligent support scheme was verified through industrial experiments.According to the industrial test results,the peak deformation of the roof during the mining process is about 240 mm,and there are no roof collapse accidents,which is conducive to safe and stable mining of the coal mine.
