摘 要:以企业生产中叶轮给煤机的运转情况来看,作为火力发电中的关键输煤设备,其传统的控制方式存在车体定位缺乏精度、控制线缆铺设成本高等问题,严重影响了给煤作业的效率和维护成本。为此,以一企业的设备改造为例,首先基于实际工况明确叶轮给煤机的生产问题;然后提出基于无线通信和定位控制技术的远程控制方案;最后从方案结构、功能、技术参数和落实应用等方面,不断完善系统方案,以期提高叶轮给煤机的控制精度,实现稳定生产。From the perspective of the operation of the impeller coal feeder in enterprise production,as a key coal conveying equipment in thermal power generation,its traditional control scheme has problems such as lack of accuracy in vehicle positioning and high cost of laying control cables,which seriously affect the efficiency and maintenance cost of coal feeding operations.For this purpose,taking the equipment renovation of an enterprise as an example,the production issues of the impeller coal feeder were first clarified based on actual working conditions;then a remote control scheme based on wireless communication and positioning control technology was proposed;finally,the system scheme was continuously improved in terms of scheme structure,function,technical parameters,and implementation application,in order to enhance the control accuracy of the impeller coal feeder and achieve stable production.
