摘 要:在煤矿生产中,智能综采控制系统是采煤机发展的主流方向,也是当前煤矿企业研究的重点。从煤矿生产智能化控制出发,基于采煤机智能综采控制系统,探讨了其基本架构、记忆策略以及关键技术,并开展了系统仿真分析。结果显示,智能综采控制系统能够提升采煤机运行稳定性,减少能耗。In coal mining production,intelligent and fully mechanized mining control system is the mainstream direction of shearer development and it is also the focus of current research in coal mining enterprises.Starting from the intelligent control of coal mine production,based on the intelligent and fully mechanized mining control system of the shearer,its basic architecture,memory strategy,and key technologies were discussed,and system simulation analysis was carried out.The results show that the intelligent and fully mechanized mining control system can improve the stability of shearer operation and reduce energy consumption.
