采空区漏风对煤自燃特性的影响研究

摘  要:西北一煤矿52304工作面出现采空区自燃现象,综合分析产生自燃的原因为52304工作面运输顺槽漏风。数值模拟研究分析可知该采面不采取任何措施,60 d后采空区自燃区域蔓延至150 m范围;针对目前52304采面采空区煤自燃问题,采用黄泥注浆对发火点进行灭火,后期采面全部安置隔离帷幕,控制漏风线性,防止采空区火灾二次发生。研究成果和研究方法对于其他矿井采空区煤自燃治理具有一定指导意义。A spontaneous combustion phenomenon occurred in the goaf of the 52304 working face in a coal mine in northwest China.Through comprehensive analysis,the cause of the spontaneous combustion was found to be air leakage in the transportation channel of the 52304 working face.Numerical simulation analysis showed that without taking any measures,the spontaneous combustion area in the goaf spread to a range of 150 m after 60 d.In response to the current problem of spontaneous combustion of coal in the 52304 goaf,yellow mud grouting was used to extinguish the ignition point.In the later stage,isolation curtains were installed on all the goaf to control the linear air leakage and prevent the recurrence of goaf fires.The research results and methods have certain guiding significance for the treatment of spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf areas of other mines.
