摘 要:为探索聚能定向预裂爆破切顶卸压技术原理及工程应用要点,以151304轨道顺槽为例,对预裂爆破切顶卸压护巷原理展开分析,并对煤壁侧与支承应力峰值的间距、切顶卸压参数取值等进行计算确定;此后对聚能定向预裂爆破切顶卸压护巷技术的现场应用及效果进行分析评价。结果表明,该切顶卸压护巷技术应用后,监测断面顶底板及两帮变形控制效果、煤巷应力环境改进效果及巷道围岩稳定程度明显提升。To explore the principles and key engineering application points of energy-gathering directional presplitting blasting roof cutting and pressure relief technology,the 151304 track gateway was taken as an example.The mechanism of presplitting blasting roof cutting and pressure relief for roadway protection was analyzed,and the distance between the coal wall side and the peak abutment stress,as well as the parameters for roof cutting and pressure relief,were calculated and determined.Subsequently,the field application and effectiveness of the energy-gathering directional presplitting blasting roof cutting and pressure relief technology were evaluated.The results show that after the application of this technology,the deformation control of the roof,floor,and two sides in the monitored section,the improvement of the stress environment in the coal roadway,and the stability of the surrounding rock were significantly enhanced.
