新型井下多功能巷修机在亿欣煤业底鼓治理中的应用

摘　　要：为了解决亿欣煤业15^(#)煤底板泥岩人工起底工程量大、效率低、费时费工等问题,引入HS-M型矿用多功能巷修机,其具有铲运、起底、破煤、刷帮等多种功能,满足井下不同的作业需求。现场工业性试验表明:HS-M型矿用多功能巷修机平均每人8.9 m^(3),最大进尺为每班25 m,每班可减少辅助用工量2~3人,施工效率是人工起底的4倍以上,经济效益显著。In order to solve the problems of large volume,low efficiency,time-consuming and labor-intensive manual bottom lifting of mudstone in the 15^(#)coal seam floor of Yixin Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the HS-M type mining multifunctional roadway repair machine was introduced,which had multiple functions such as shoveling,bottom lifting,coal breaking,and brushing,to meet different operational needs underground.On site industrial tests showed that the HS-M type mining multifunctional roadway repair machine had an average of 8.9 m^(3) per person,a maximum footage of 25 m per shift,and can reduce auxiliary labor by 2~3 people per shift.The construction efficiency was more than 4 times that of manual bottom lifting,and the economic benefits are significant.
