摘 要:对矿井综采工作面智能综采关键技术进行了实践研究,通过资料搜集、实践分析,阐述了矿井综采工作面智能综采的重要性,包括保障开采安全、提升开采效率、增加收益等,在研究综采关键技术时,围绕智能感知技术、智能分析技术、采煤机智能控制技术、工作面巡检机器人、液压支架智能控制技术展开探索,明确各类综采关键技术的应用方法与流程,发挥其在矿井综采工作面的更大作用。得出如下结论:开展矿井综采工作面智能综采关键技术实践,能够规范工作面综采进程,提升智能化程度,降低开采成本,提升开采水平,并为其他相关研究提供参考。The practical research was conducted on the key technologies of intelligent comprehensive mining in fully mechanized mining faces.Through data collection and practical analysis,the importance of intelligent comprehensive mining in fully mechanized mining faces was elaborated,including ensuring mining safety,improving mining efficiency,and increasing profits.In the study of key technologies of comprehensive mining,exploration was carried out around intelligent perception technology,intelligent analysis technology,intelligent control technology of coal mining machines,inspection robots for working faces,and intelligent control technology of hydraulic supports.The application methods and processes of various key technologies of comprehensive mining were clarified,in order to play their greater role in fully mechanized mining faces.The following conclusion can be drawn:carrying out the key technology practice of intelligent comprehensive mining in mine fully mechanized mining face can standardize the process of comprehensive mining face,improve the degree of intelligence,reduce mining costs,enhance mining level,and provide reference for other related research.
