摘　　要：SXJ900运架设备原设计架设32m、24m、20m等跨及变跨高速铁路、客运专线及城际铁路双线(单箱单室、单箱双室)预应力混凝土整孔箱梁(含曲线梁),适应运、架设最小曲线半径2000m。为适应滁宁城际铁路一期工程最小运梁半径400m,架设半径700m的技术要求。运架设备通过技术优化改造。架桥机优化为尾部喂梁,起重小车吊梁、移梁,前后带悬臂的一跨式双主梁架桥机,运梁车增加异型截面及平转机构。满足了架设35m、30m、25m等跨及变跨城际铁路预应力混凝土双线或单线单箱梁,适应运梁最小曲线半径400m,架梁最小曲线半径750m的特殊工况。提高了运架设备架梁工况多样性及设备使用效率,为今后类似工况下架桥机设计与优化提供参考。The SXJ900 lifting equipment was originally designed to install prestressed concrete full hole box girders(including curved girders)for high-speed railways,passenger dedicated lines,and intercity railways with spans of 32m,24m,20m,and variable spans(single box single room,single box double room),with a minimum curve radius of 2000m.To meet the technical requirements of the minimum beam radius of 400m and the installation radius of 700m for the Chuning Intercity Railway Phase I project,the transportation equipment has been optimized and transformed through technology.The bridge erecting machine is optimized as a tail feeding beam,a lifting trolley for lifting and moving beams,a one span double main beam erecting machine with front and rear cantilevers,and a beam transport vehicle with irregular cross-sections and a horizontal rotation mechanism,meeting the special working conditions of installing prestressed concrete double track or single track single box girders for intercity railways with spans of 35m,30m,25m and variable spans,and adapting to the minimum curve radius of 400m for beam transportation and 750m for beam erection.The diversity of beam installation conditions and equipment utilization efficiency are improved,providing reference for the future design and optimization of bridge erecting machines under similar working conditions.
