摘 要:本文研究了加强源头控矸以提升煤质管控的技术。通过掘进期间的探测分析、工作面地质构造动态管理、科学设计采煤工艺等措施,从源头减少矸石混入煤流。研究过程中,实施了严格的煤质管理制度、现场管理及监督检查考核,确保煤矸分装分运。结果显示,煤质显著提升,经济效益增加,洗煤效率提高。此次研究不仅解决了煤炭质量下降的问题,还促进了企业向质量效益型发展模式的转变。This article studies the technology of strengthening source control of gangue to improve coal quality control.Through measures such as detection and analysis during excavation,dynamic management of geological structures in the working face,and scientific design of coal mining technology,the mixing of gangue into the coal flow is reduced from the source.During the research process,strict coal quality management systems,on-site management,and supervision and inspection assessments were implemented to ensure the separate packaging and transportation of coal gangue.The results showed a significant improvement in coal quality,increased economic benefits,and improved coal washing efficiency.This study not only solves the problem of declining coal quality,but also promotes the transformation of enterprises towards a quality and efficiency oriented development model.
