摘  要:风力发电机组变桨轴承用于连接叶片与轮毂,其可实现变桨距控制,同时将叶片气动载荷、惯性载荷、重力载荷等传递到承载部件。其为风力发电机组传动系统的核心部件,直接影响机组运行安全性及可靠性。本文以Hertz弹性接触理论为基础,结合风电机组变桨轴承受载及变桨轴承的结构形式,推导出了主滚道和副滚道接触强度受载校核的理论计算公式。同步开发出了基于MATLAB的计算机软件,可自动快速计算变桨轴承承载能力,大大简化了此类变桨轴承的设计计算难度,为风电变桨球轴承的设计和选型提供了一种可靠快速的计算方法。As the core component of wind turbine transmission system,wind turbine variable pitch bearings directly affect the safety and reliability of the turbine operation.Based on the Hertz elastic contact theory and the special structure form and load condition of wind power variable pitch bearings,the theoretical formula of load checking of main raceway and secondary raceway is derived,and the static load capacity curve is drawn.The computer software developed at the same time can automatically calculate the load bearing result,which greatly simplifies the design calculation difficulty of this kind of variable pitch bearing and provides a reliable theoretical basis for the design and selection of wind power variable pitch ball bearings.
