摘 要:HUW工法是指将H型钢与U型钢组合形成的整体钢墙,即型钢钢板连续墙作为基坑围护结构的施工工艺。型钢钢板连续墙结合预制斜向支撑桩(PIS工法桩)形成的新型围护体系能满足围护结构的抗变形要求并兼具止水帷幕的作用。本文结合软土地区某基坑工程案例,介绍了HUW与PIS工法施工工艺,并对HUW-PIS工法的工程实施效果进行分析。根据监测数据分析了围护结构变形和坑外地表沉降,通过现场照片对围护结构的止水效果进行验证。分析结果表明围护结构最大变形与坑外地表沉降远小于预警值,止水效果良好。HUW-PIS工法可应用于施作软土地区的基坑围护体系。HUW construction method is a construction technology that uses the combination of H-section and U-section steel to form an section-steel integral continuous wall as the retaining structure of the foundation pit.The retaining system constructed combined the section-steel integral continuous wall with prefabricated inclined support piles(PIS construction pile)meets anti-deformation ability for retaining structure and the function of waterproof curtain.Based on an actual foundation pit engineering in the soft soil area,this paper introduces the construction procedure of HUW and PIS method and analyze the implementation effect of the HUW-PIS combined method.The deformation of retaining system and the ground settlement outside the pit are analyzed by monitoring data,and the waterproof effect are verified by the scene photos.The largest deformation of retaining system and the ground settlement outside the pit are smaller than the prewarning value,and the blockage effect is good.Hence,HUW-PIS method can be applied for the retaining system in the foundation pit in the soft soil area.
