摘　　要：随着数字技术的发展和广泛运用,烟草企业的生产运营方式产生了巨大变革,企业可实时监控和分析数据,提前发现机会与风险,使得决策更加高效,经营风险显著降低。当前,国家提出了推动烟草企业数字化发展、打造数字生态系统的一系列政策和措施,这种背景下,烟草企业运用数字技术构建风险防控系统显得尤为迫切。本文尝试对烟草企业如何构建数字化风险防控体系进行探讨,烟草企业应当不断推动数字技术与风险管理深度融合,提升企业风险抵御能力,实现可持续发展。With the development and extensive use of digital technology,the production and operation of tobacco enterprises has undergone a great change.Enterprises can monitor and analyze data in real time and identify opportunities and risks in advance,which makes decision-making more efficient and reduces business risks significantly.Currently,the state has put forward a series of policies and measures to promote the digital development of tobacco enterprises and create a digital ecosystem.In this context,it is particularly urgent for tobacco enterprises to use digital technology to build a risk prevention and control system.This paper tries to discuss how to build a digital risk prevention and control system for tobacco enterprises.Tobacco enterprises should continue to promote the deep integration of digital technology and risk management,to enhance the enterprise's risk resistance ability,and achieve sustainable development.
