摘　　要：本文旨在深入探讨建筑工程项目中合同管理的核心作用,剖析其在项目实施过程中的关键地位及所面临的挑战。文章通过细致解读建筑工程项目所涉及合同管理的理论实践,揭示了我国建筑行业在合同管理领域所存在的问题,并提出了针对性的改进策略。研究发现,合同条款的不明确性、合同执行的不到位以及合同变更管理的不规范是阻碍工程顺利推进的主要障碍。为提升合同管理的效能,本文建议采取以下措施:细化合同条款,强化合同执行的监督力度,以及规范化合同变更管理流程。通过对实际案例的深入分析,本文进一步证实了这些建议的可行性和有效性。本文的研究结论对于优化建筑工程项目的合同管理水平,不仅具有理论指导价值,也具备实际操作意义。This article aims to deeply explore the core role of contract management in construction engineering projects,analyze its key position in the project implementation process and the challenges it faces.Through a detailed interpretation of the theoretical and practical aspects of contract management involved in construction engineering projects,the article reveals the problems existing in the contract management field of China's construction industry and proposes targeted improvement strategies.The research finds that the ambiguity of contract terms,the inadequate execution of contracts,and the non-standard management of contract changes are the main obstacles hindering the smooth progress of projects.To enhance the efficiency of contract management,this article suggests the following measures:refining contract terms,strengthening the supervision of contract execution,and standardizing the contract change management process.Through in-depth analysis of actual cases,this article further confirms the feasibility and effectiveness of these suggestions.The research conclusions of this article not only have theoretical guiding value but also practical operational significance for optimizing the contract management level of construction engineering projects.
