摘  要:将环氧大豆油与苯基膦酸采用开环反应制备阻燃型大豆油基多元醇Polyol-PPOA,再将Polyol-PPOA和石油基聚醚多元醇(Polyol-330N)按不同配比与多苯基多亚甲基异氰酸酯(PM-200)反应,制备阻燃型硬质聚氨酯泡沫材料(RPUF)。分别对Polyol-PPOA的分子结构、分子量和黏度,RPUF的泡孔结构、表观密度、力学性能及阻燃性能进行了测试及分析。结果表明,随着Polyol-PPOA质量分数的增加,泡孔数量增加,泡孔尺寸减小,表观密度随着Polyol-PPOA含量的增加而增大。RPUF-PP的压缩强度呈现增大的趋势,当Polyol-PPOA含量为70%时,RPUF-PP4的压缩强度达到0.07 MPa,热稳定性和阻燃性能也呈现增加的趋势,在800℃时的残炭率达到15%;RPUF-PP4的LOI值可达24.3%,具有离火自熄性。The flame-retardant soybean oil based Polyol-PPOA was prepared by ring-opening reaction between epoxy soybean oil and phenyl-phosphonic acid,and then Polyol-PPOA and polyether polyol(Polyol-330N)were reacted in different ratios with polyphenyl polymethylene isocyanate(PM-200)to produce flame-retardant rigid polyurethane foam material(RPUF).The molecular structure,molecular weight,and viscosity of Polyol-PPOA were tested and analyzed.The bubble hole structure,apparent density,mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of RPUF were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the number of bubble holes increased,the bubble hole size decreased,and the apparent density increased with the increase of Polyol-PPOA content.The compression strength of RPUF-PP tended to increase.When Polyol-PPOA was 70%,the compression strength of RPUF-PP4 reached 0.07 MPa,and the thermal stability and flame retardant performance also increased,with the residual carbon rate reaching 15%at 800℃.The LOI value of RPUF-PP4 was 24.3%with off-fire self-extinguishing property.
