摘 要:在水相中采用壳聚糖(CS)包覆植酸糠胺盐(PF)一步制备了生物基阻燃剂(CS@PF),利用红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和热重分析(TGA)等测试对其进行了结构和性能表征,结果表明,CS@PF具有较好的热稳定与疏水性能。将其通过熔融共混应用于聚乳酸(PLA)中,改善PLA阻燃性能。结果表明,CS@PF抑制了PLA在熔融过程中的酸降解行为,对PLA的加工流变性没有影响,加工性能较好,力学性能降低;当PLA中添加质量分数为10%的CS@PF时,PLA的极限氧指数(LOI)达到25.7%,可通过垂直燃烧测试UL 94 V-0级,在锥形量热测试(CCT)中,热释放速率峰值降低至302 kW/m^(2),总热释放降低至84.0 MJ/m^(2),与纯PLA相比,分别降低了33.3%和16.7%。CCT、拉曼(RAM)、TGA、热重-红外联用测试分析结果表明,CS@PF同时对凝聚相和气相具有阻燃作用。A bio-based flame retardant(CS@PF)was prepared in one step by coating phytic acid furylamine salt(PF)with chitosan(CS),which was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)in terms of structure and properties which showed that the CS@PF possessed good thermal stabilisation and hydrophobic properties.CS@PF was blended into PLA in order to improve the flame retardancy of PLA.The results showed that CS@PF inhibited the acid degradation behaviour of PLA during the melting process,and had no effect on the processing rheology of PLA,with good processing performance and some decrease in mechanical properties;when 10%mass fraction of CS@PF was added to PLA,the limiting oxygen index(LOI)reached 25.7%,which could pass the vertical combustion test UL 94 V-0 level,and the peak heat release rate decreased to 302 kW/m^(2) in the cone calorimetry test,and the total heat release decreased to 84.0 MJ/m^(2),which were 33.3%and 16.7%lower than that of pure PLA.Analysis of the results of the CCT,Raman(RAM),TGA,and thermogravimetric-infrared tests showed that there were both cohesive-phase and vapour-phase flame retardant effects of CS@PF.
