摘 要:为研究PBX压制成型过程中压制参数对药柱成型质量的影响,以硫酸钠(Na_(2)SO_(4))晶体和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)黏结剂制备PBX模拟材料,采用不同压制参数(压制压力、压制温度、压制速率和保压时间)进行了PBX模拟材料药柱压制实验,并对药柱样品进行了成型密度、单轴压缩实验和巴西实验测试,研究了压制参数对药柱成型质量的影响。结果表明,提高压制温度、压制压力、增加保压时间和减小压制速率能提高成型药柱相对密度和力学性能;其中,压制压力和温度对成型质量的影响较大,当压制温度由25℃升高至80℃时,成型药柱的相对密度提升了0.92%,压缩强度提升了4.03 MPa,当压制压力由150 MPa提升至350 MPa时,成型药柱的相对密度提升了3.56%,压缩强度提升了5.65 MPa。此外,保压时间较长导致黏结剂发生蠕变,影响成型药柱的力学性能。In order to investigate the effect of pressing parameters on the forming quality of pillars during PBX press moulding process,PBX simulants were prepared with sodium sulphate(Na_(2)SO_(4))crystals and ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA)binder,and different pressing parameters(pressing pressure,pressing temperature,pressing rate and holding time)were used to carry out the pressing experiments of PBX simulants for pillars and moulding densities of the pillars samples,Uniaxial compression and Brazilian experiments were carried out to investigate the effect of pressing parameters on the quality of pillars.The results showed that the relative density and mechanical properties of the formed column could be improved by increasing the pressing temperature,pressing pressure,increasing the holding time and decreasing the pressing rate.When the pressing temperature increased from^(2)5℃to 80℃,the relative density of the forming column increases by 0.92%and the compressive strength increases by 4.03 MPa,and when the pressing pressure increases from 150 MPa to 350 MPa,the relative density of the forming column increased by 3.56%and the compressive strength increases by 5.65 MPa.In addition,a long holding time would cause creep of the binder,which would affect the mechanical properties of the forming column.
