排水管道螺旋缠绕修复内衬管力学性能分析

摘  要:排水管道螺旋缠绕修复技术具有质量稳定、修复管径范围大、可带水作业等特点,近年来得到了广泛应用,但是,有关螺旋缠绕修复内衬管力学性能的研究仍较少。通过计算与实测方法,分析了螺旋缠绕修复用聚氯乙烯PVC-U带状型材复杂截面的刚度系数,从单一型材到复合材料进行综合比较,对比两者差异。结果表明,PVC-U带状型材及加衬钢带后的复合型材的理论刚度系数与实测值存在显著差异,相对误差最高可达112.32%。引入折减系数的方法,对钢带理论刚度系数进行折减,经计算,确定折减系数为1.6,可覆盖大部分复合型材;折算刚度系数与实测刚度系数相统一,相对误差下降至37.31%以下。结合材料选型,提出了螺旋缠绕内衬管的质量控制指标,为带状型材的设计、生产、施工及优化提供参考和理论基础。The spiral wound lining technology for drainage pipes,characterized by stable quality,a wide range of pipe diameters,and water-carrying operation,had been widely applied in recent years.However,there was limited research on the mechanical properties of the spiral wound liner.Through calculation and test methods,the stiffness coefficient of the complex section of the polyvinyl chloride PVC-U strip profile were discussed,a comprehensive comparison was made from single profile to composite profile.The results showed that there was a significant difference between the theoretical stiffness coefficient and the measured value of the PVC-U strip profile and the composite profile after adding a steel strip,with the relative error reaching up to 112.32%.By introducing a reduction factor method,the theoretical stiffness coefficient of the steel strip was reduced.After calculation,the reduction factor was determined to be 1.6,which could cover most of the composite profiles.The reduction stiffness coefficient was consistent with the measured stiffness coefficient,and the relative error was reduced to below 37.31%.Regarding material selection,quality control indicators for the spiral wound liner were proposed,providing a reference and theretical basis for the design,production,construction,and optimization of the strip profile.
