摘  要:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)具有高强度、刚度及较好的耐化学性等特点,在实际生活中得到广泛应用。但由于其结晶速率较慢、模具温度较高、生产周期较长,在生产过程中成型加工较困难。为了解决该问题,工业生产中通常采用添加填料或加入成核剂等方法改善PET的性能,在提高工业生产效率的同时,原料的消耗量可降低30%以上。近年来,无机、有机和高分子成核剂发展逐渐完善,其中,高分子成核剂不仅具有成核剂作用,还具有促进剂作用,有效地促进了PET的分子运动,这是小分子成核剂不具备的。未来可以进一步研究新型填料和成核剂,优化其结构及添加方式,进一步改善PET的性能,并推动其在实际生产中的应用。Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)was widely applied in various practical applications due to its high strength,stiffness,and excellent chemical resistance.However,its slow crystallization rate,high mold temperature,and long production cycle pose challenges in the molding process.To address this issue,a series of methods such as adding fillers or adding nucleating agents are usually adopted in industrial production to improve the performance of PET.While improving industrial production efficiency,the consumption of raw materials be reduced by more than 30%.In recent years,the development of inorganic,organic,and polymer nucleating agents had become increasingly mature.Especially,polymer nucleating agents not only act as nucleating agents,but also as promoters.Effectively promoting the molecular movement of PET,which is not possessed by small molecule nucleating agents.In future,research can further explore new fillers and nucleating agents,their structures and addition methods.To further improve the performance of PET and promote its application in practical production.
