植物纤维/PBAT/PLA三元复合材料的制备及性能进展

摘  要:聚乳酸(PLA)具有较好的加工性能,在自然界中的特定条件下,可以被微生物完全降解,但是,其热稳定性较差、韧性较低及成本较高;聚己二酸-对苯二甲酸-丁二酯(PBAT)的柔韧性、熔融加工性和热稳定性均较好,与PLA复合后,能提高PLA的断裂韧性及加工性能,但是,其成本也较高;植物纤维来源较广泛、成本较低及可降解。植物纤维/PBAT/PLA三元复合在具有生物可降解性的同时,还具有较好的综合性能。主要综述了不同植物纤维/PBAT/PLA三元复合材料的研究现状,以PLA/PBAT为基体,以麻纤维、木纤维、秸秆纤维或其他植物纤维为填料,采用碱处理等方法改性纤维,通过注塑、压缩等不同成型方法生产复合材料,对该复合材料的力学性能、结晶性能、热稳定性等进行了阐述,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。Poly(lactic acid)(PLA)has excellent processing properties and can be completely degraded by microorganisms under specific conditions in nature,but it has poor thermal stability,low toughness and high cost;while poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)has good flexibility,melt-processing and thermal stability,which can be compounded with PLA to improve the fracture toughness and processing performance of PLA,but its cost is also high.Plant fiber is widely available,low cost and degradable.Plant fiber/PBAT/PLA ternary composite can fully maintain the degradability of various materials,but also has good overall performance.The article reviews the current research status of different plant fiber/PBAT/PLA ternary composite with PLA/PBAT as matrix,hemp fiber,wood fiber,straw fiber or other plant fibers as fillers,using alkali treatment and other methods to modify the fibers,and producing composite by injection molding,compression and other different molding methods.The mechanical properties,crystalline properties,thermal stability,etc.of the composite was elaborated,and the development trend of this ternary composite was prospected.
