摘  要:将氧化生物降解树脂与丙烯均聚物树脂、丙烯共聚物树脂、双环戊二烯树脂共混,使用铸造试验机和双向拉伸机制备了氧化生物可降解双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(OBD BOPP薄膜)28μm样品。进行紫外光照射加速老化试验,并对老化过程中的OBD BOPP薄膜的羰基指数、拉伸性能、紫外吸收性能、物理热性能进行了分析。结果表明,经过200 h的曝晒老化后,羰基指数超过非OBD BOPP薄膜的4倍以上;老化后,OBD BOPP薄膜的拉伸强度仅为非OBD BOPP薄膜的1/8,断裂伸长率为非OBD BOPP薄膜的1/13;OBD BOPP薄膜在紫外区域的吸收明显增强,进一步加速了BOPP薄膜的光降解速率;此外,老化前与老化后样品的DSC曲线显示,与老化前的样品相比,老化后的样品增加了1个熔融峰,这表明,OBD BOPP的薄膜老化后,在光照的作用下,产生了羰基化合物。羰基指数、拉伸性能、紫外吸收性能、物理热性能的变化证实了OBD BOPP薄膜的分子链发生了改变,产生了降解。添加了氧化生物降解树脂的氧化生物可降解双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜具有可降解特性。An oxo-biodegradable biaxially oriented polypropylene(OBD BOPP) film was prepared by blending oxo-biodegradable additive resin with polypropylene resin, polypropylene copolymer resin, and DCPD resin, using a casting machine and a biaxial stretching machine. The 28 μm OBD BOPP film samples were subjected to accelerated aging tests through UV irradiation, and the carbonyl index, tensile properties, ultraviolet absorption properties, and physical thermal properties of the OBD BOPP film during aging were analyzed. The results showed that after 200 hours of exposure aging, the carbonyl index(CI) exceeded that of non-OBD BOPP films by more than 4 times;the tensile strength of the aged film was only 1/8 of that of non-OBD BOPP films, and the elongation at break was 1/13 of that of non-OBD BOPP films. The UV absorption in the UV region of the OBD BOPP film significantly increased after aging, further accelerating the photodegradation rate of the BOPP film. Additionally, the DSC curves before and after aging showed that the aged samples exhibited an additional melting peak compared to the non-aged samples, indicating the formation of carbonyl compounds in the OBD BOPP film under the influence of light exposure. The changes in the carbonyl index, tensile properties, ultraviolet absorption properties, and physical thermal properties confirmed that the molecular chains of the OBD BOPP film underwent alterations, leading to degradation. The experimental results demonstrated that the oxidized biodegradable BOPP film with added oxo-biodegradable additive resin exhibited biodegradable characteristics.
