浇口参数对薄壁塑件翘曲的影响

摘  要:根据注塑成型过程中材料的流动规律,以某笔记本后盖为例,研究浇口参数对塑件的翘曲变形,分析并优化产品的注塑成型质量。在浇注系统设计过程中,综合应用理论分析与试验验证进行浇口数量和浇口位置的设计与确定,以及浇口尺寸的参数测试,再进行正交试验设计与极差分析,获得最佳的浇口参数条件。结果表明,对塑件翘曲变形量影响的主次顺序依次为浇口数量、浇口末端直径、浇口高度、浇口始端直径;当浇口数量n为4、浇口末端直径D为3.5 mm、浇口高度h为20 mm、浇口始端直径d为1 mm时,产品的翘曲变形最小,其值为0.5313 mm。对该优化条件下的工艺参数进行了试验验证,并且,将试制生产的工程样件与有限元分析结果进行了对比分析,验证了有限元分析与试验验证方法的一致性。According to the law of material flow in the injection molding process,taking a laptop back cover as an example,the warpage deformation of plastic parts caused by gate parameters was studied,and the injection molding quality of the product was analyzed and optimized.In the gating system design process,the applied theoretical analysis and experimental verification were comprehensively carried out to design and determine the number and location of gates,as well as the parameter test of gate size.Then the optimized gate parameter conditions were obtained through orthogonal experimental design and range analysis.The results showed that the order of influence on the warpage deformation of thin-walled parts was the number of gates,the diameter of the end of the gate,the height of the gate,and the diameter of the start of the gate;when the number of gates(n)was 4,the gate end diameter(D)was 3.5 mm,the gate height(h)was 20 mm and the gate starting diameter(d)was 1 mm,the smallest warpage(0.5313 mm)of the product was obtained.The process parameters under the current optimization conditions were verified by experiments,and the engineering samples produced by trial production were compared with the finite element analysis results,which verified the consistency between the finite element analysis and the experimental verification methods.
